Absolutely amazing company. Extremely knowledgeable and listened to the issues within the city water I currently have at my house.

Catherine came out to test my water. She took her time to explain the condition of my water and did not push anything on me. A genuinely nice person and a 10/10 family operated company!

I had a great experience with this water company! They came out to check my water the same day and did an excellent job. The technician was on time, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They were thorough and professional. I really appreciated the friendly service and attention to detail. Highly recommend them for anyone needing water testing or service!

We had a great experience with the technician who came out to evaluate our well water system. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly test our water both at the well and through our current system. He clearly explained the results, what they meant, and walked us through our options without any pressure. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is honest and patient. We really appreciated his time and expertise.

Another great service by Patterson! They installed and serviced out water softener system for years and I have nothing but good things to say. They keep me informed throughout the process by sending info on who will be coming to service my equipment and alerts when they are on the way. The rep we goy today, Jeremiah, was professional and kept me well informed of the issues/ repairs needed to keep our system running at its best. Highly recommended business.
